- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience ever with any company in my lifetime !!! Be extremely cautious, she might threaten you to call police if you try to request something (politely of course) what she does not want to hear (like, Mam, Could you please transfer my policy to another agent? (that is what the new agent asked me to do)). Seriously? :D She does not want to face any question from customer, becomes extremely rude, hangs up phones abruptly. My goodness, can not believe any business person could do that. I have state farm for more than 3 years. I changed my car to a new one in the mid of a 6-month term, when called after-hour number of SF to establish the policy they said there will be onlyFebruary 17, 2017by Ujjal Bhattacharjee
