- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had experienced one bad customer service event after another. It was not Scott who did it it was his employee Tami. She is very rude to her customers. Has no idea what she is doing. After many emails they cancel my insurance early. " and I have emails to prove what was said" so now I have a gap in my insurance of three days and my home premium went up 500$ a year because Tami lied and I have the proof. And State Farm will do nothing to correct it. I would not recommend this agency to anyone until he gets rid of the problem that's causing all this.January 27, 2017by Kevin Hartz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We recently entered our local office after being told by many we couldn't go wrong. Well, at this point, I can't tell you what insurance we have and what we don't. We requested certain changes, they weren't done but others were, followed by a notice today of something we requested changed being cancelled. We wanted it cancelled and we were told it would be but then a followup phone call revealed it hadn't and we were told it would cost us more to cancel such. We have not received updated payment premiums for our monthly and I'm not feeling confident at all in our insurance now.December 29, 2016by Jenna Goodwin
